Posted by iceman A couple of buddies went out on the ice in the harbour after one of the local derbies. They got a few pike, but every hour or so they got a visit from the fire department. The fire fighters were just doing their job, and had to report on every call they got,so wasn't their fault. My buddies were legal to fish in the harbour, but every "concerned" citizen in the apartments near the marina was on the phone to report someone out on the ice. It was a big pain for both my buddies and the fire fighters. Try and find someplace a little less visible then in front of the marina, you'll likely have less interuptions. happy landings!
