Mays we beleive that was his name at least on the marriage Cert says thats to his Grandmother Jessie Whysong ( married in Steuben County Indiana also Divorce there too). But his Mothers Birth Cert says the Father to be a Jason I Mays. and another Childs Birth Cert says that his name was Erwin Mays. what the marriage Cert says about his family is that his Fathers name is Reynold Mays and mothers name is Mary Henny or Henry. it says that James E. Mays was born on Aug 29, 1899 Also when going though some of Jessie's things we found a News paper cliping for a Vernie Mays that who's body was found in some waters near Ft Wayne Indiana other Mays names listed there was John Mays from Ft Wayne a Mrs Marvin Waldrop from Ft Wayne and Ernest Mays from West Liberty, KY. would love to hear from anyone That has Mays Bron in KY and moving to Indiana. We are hiting brick walls everywhere. thanks
