Hi I'm trying to figure out the real parents of my great grandfather James K. Kent b. 1842 Beaver Pond Kentucky. His son was the informant on his death certificate stating that a Kennis Kent and Rebecca Wheelbarger were his parents. James K. Kent apparently moved on to Augusta, Virginia sometime in 1843. Where he was raised by a Miles J. Kent and a Mary Ann Wheelbarger.
