In the 1860 census there is a Mathias Kissinger listed;
KISSINGER MATHIAS 39 M W VA VA GILES NEW RVR & WHITE SULPHUR SPRING 1860
if I can read this correctly, the family is listed as;
Sophia the wife 44
James 16
Armatta (?) 14
Luressa 11
Anthony 8
Delilah either 0 or 3??
Polly 2
The next census to list anoter Mathias Kissinger is 1880;
KISSINGER MATHIAS 14 W KY MO HOWELL SPRING CRK 1880
Family is listed as;
Killman 38
Mathias 14
Thursa 12
Elizabeth E 10
William 7
Elizabeth 80 (Killman's mother)
Do you have any information on the Thos Kissinger (probably Thomas) with wife Mary living in Henderson Ky in 1880?
