Frank Smith and Effie Smith.What little I know of them is that they lived in Anderson Co,then moved to Bell Co Ky.A small community called Fonde Ky. when my birth father was around 2 yrs old.I have tried so hard to find info on his side of my family.That is all the info that I have on my Smith line.I know of some Hoskins that live in Bell Co Ky too.
