James Boyd Mitchell married Pailie Moore. 1/4
Cherokee. All of the Moore's went out west to
Indian Country . Their son Joseph Christopher
Mitchell married Madera Spence, who first married
an Aiken. Joseph Christopher had four brothers-John,
Alex ,Clint and George. All served in Confederate Army
except Joseph and John(too young) George died at
Gettysburg. Peggy Floyd came to this country from Ireland before the Rev. War and was the ancestor of Madera. I am interested in the Indian Ancestory of Madera.
