...but going to add my 2 cents anyway. Remember Mike and Teale are the experts. 1. You seem to be doing a max lift per week. Maybe not resting enough from the heavy work? 2. Are you using boards? The most effective way to get weight to touch is to walk it down with boards. 3. Sometimes too tight is just that. Considered one size up? With a new shirt you will still get the same pop out of the bottom, because it's new, and conceivably should be able to touch with less weight. --Previous Message-- : I am actually really trying to pull the : bar down to my chest quite hard.
