bench shirt advice single ply!!! help urgent Posted by james on 9/21/2009, 12:25 pm 92.1.182.124 Mike I wore size 48 2 ply katana, then went to 50 to get a tough, now I moved back to single ply, I got a size 44 katana and its tight its pretty new, do i need to work wid it? or just go ujp a size. I wore a used 46 f6 single ply and its so dam lose I tuoch with 60kg on the bar, I used it maybe 15 times ever. Ive been putting on the weight puting on 4 kg of muscle in the last 3 months or so, I thought size 44 at 100kg bodyweight would fit be competition size, I tried to get get shirt on, not properly tried though but should it fit? Im 5 10 tall too  Post a Response
