Problems lifting with my bench shirt Posted by Tom on 4/2/2008, 4:20 pm 88.91.244.89 I have a custom f6 and I need some help. I have a small arch when lifting but when I put on some heavy weights I completely misses the right lifting path, and often the bar lands on my stomach and the lift gets extremely heavy. Right now I only get about 20 lbs out of my shirt. And I have big problems lifting straight up. The bar wants to travel in an angle away from me. Do you think I need a fury instead because of my small arch or do you have any other good explanations for my poor lifting. pardon language, but I am from Norway and it has been a while since I wrote in English. Thats what I shoot for with a shirt to. I have tried other ways but I have found out over the years that this is the way to lift for me.
