I will give it a go. My next meet is in one month, and I am getting worried about being between shirts and not mastering this shirt. I will lift in it again in two days. Thanks, and I will get back to you to let you know how I did. Joe --Previous Message-- : Your elbows must stay under the bar. Let : the collar ride up a little and it will : be easier to touch lighter weight. I : can touch 400 in mine but also can : tighten it up so 600 wont touch : : --Previous Message-- : : Hey Mike, : I arch as best I can, nothing crazy, : try tucking my shoulders and getting my : belly up. I touch just at the bottom of : the pecs with the F6 and the Katana is : belly benching. I do use a belt for all : shirted lifts. My problem could be : keeping my elbows tight under the bar : too. I have yet to video tape myself, : but reading other posts of you saying : that kind of makes me wonder. : --Previous Message-- : THe fury and F6 are different designs. : F6 : is for an archer and a Fury is for the : flat back bencher. Do you arch? Where : do you touch the bar? How many times : have you benched in the Katana? Are you : pulling the front down? Are you wearing : a belt? : : --Previous Message-- : After having gone thru a F6 and a Inzer : canvas, I felt I was ready to try the : Katana A/S. I just cannot get this : shirt to work for me no matter what I : do. I have only gotten three lifts to : the chest, and they would of been red : lights in a meet due to the weight : being more than I could lock out : without moving my butt. I am working : with Titan distibutor Mike Kenney when : time permits at his gym, so I have : experienced help. It is just me not : finding the groove. I am thinking about : going back to a new F6, or maybe the : Fury. What is the better shirt btw the : two. I like the F6, but never have : lifted in the Fury yet. : : : : : : :
