1st comp- deadlift Posted by J on 11/9/2007, 2:53 pm 138.38.218.31 hi got my first comp, its a deadlift comp, I got dual bozer ngx briefs, i deadlift conventional with close stance, smaller than shoulder width wuite easily, would the briefs help in increasing the deadlift im not sure whether to try the briefs or just leave it and deadlift raw  Post a Response
