Pre Meet Workout Posted by Ben Marselus on 10/10/2007, 7:53 am 67.52.238.30 What is your workout routines leading up to a meet for all 3 lifts? How often do you use equipment? How many sets? Generally reps are in a 3 range. Squat suits usually go on about 5-6 weeks out , straps down until the last 3 weeks. Generally in the 3 rep range also.
