Katana Rocks! Posted by Ben Marselus on 4/21/2007, 5:22 pm 76.199.186.214 I finally got a chance to take my new 44 katana for a second test run. I tried it about a month and a half ago, hit a new pr 415 but I came out of the grove and touched my belly but the shirt still had pop from there. Today I gave it another run. Put 425 on, stayed in the groove got about half way down and no more went back up well. Then I put 450 on. stayed in the grove till about 1 inch and it came out and touched at the upper belly. Still shot out of the hole and then I fought it up for a new PR. Then I went to 475. Fought it into the groove all the way down but was spent from the 450. It did come out of the hole good but about 3/4 of the way up I had nothing left. Man I was pumped. I need to keep getting stronger so that I can use this 44 in a meet. Right now I will stick with my 46 Katana in meets but I look forward to the day I can use my 44 in a meet. Thanks liftinglarge! Link: Dawg Pound Powerlifting  Post a Response
