Posted by Geri on 4/19/2007, 12:47 am I`m a lifter from Austria, Europe and I ordered one of the new Titan Toro training belts but unfortunately it got lost on the way. When I wrote Mike an email about it he didn`t complain or anything, he apologized (although it wasn`t his fault) and sent me a replacement without any additional cost. On the second try the belt was here in 3 business days! I just want to say thank you to Mike and everyone at liftinglarge and would also highly recommend ordering from them because they not only offer great products but great customer service as well!
