I just wanted to thank everyone for the advice I have received on this forum. I trained in my Super Katana for 2 months and hit a PR at a meet this past weekend! The shirt is awesome and am finding it easier to use than my regualar katana. Finally hit 605 and got 3 white lights! Thanks liftinglarge for answering my questions I had when I ordered the shirt!
