Thanks for the advice. I plan on opening with 545 and for my warmups I am going to take 505 down to a one board and see how I feel. I may do this twice. Before I put my shirt on I will do the bar x10,135x5,225x5,315x5 then put my shirt on. Hopefully it goes well, I am hoping to set a new PR of 625 at this meet!
