I have a meet coming up in 3 weeks and I was wondering what everyone does to warm up in their shirts before they hit the platform. I normally work down to a 3 board and then stop and go to the platform for my first lift. Someone told me that I should be going down to a 1 board using my opening weight. What do you think? Still lovin my Super Katana!
