I hve been using a regular Katana for a few years. However, I still get a lot of trouble geting the bar down those last few inches in my Katana. With a relatively tight fit I seem to have a very small margin of error in what I can touch. Further, I can touch and press a weight for a single one week, say 500 lbs odd and then in the following week I'm not not be able to touch the same or a slightly heavier weight, or if I can touch its too far out of my groove to press it back up. Why does this happen? Maybe sometimes I have done some extra back work before the later workout and I am not locking my shoulder blades back tightly enough? That perhaps is a possibility. Any idea why this might happen? Have others experienced this? Is there a solution? A way to touch consistently? NB. I have trained in my shirt quite a lot.
Many thanks.
