Hi,.

Does anyone have the lowdown on the shirt modification that IPF Bench World Champ 75/82.5 kg class Kodama of Japan uses? Here is a a link showing him putting on his shirt BY HIMSELF!!! Iundersatnd he has really tight sleve that are seated OUTSIDE the armpit AND a LARGE!!! chest plate which apparently is to do with being able to get his shoulder blades locked right back!!!

Anyone know about this and how it works?
