Centurion Boxer Briefs

I am going to order a pair of these briefs as sooon as they are in stock. My question... is it likely that I will need to go up a size with my squat suit? Currently wearing a very snug 42 Super Centurion @ 220 w/legless briefs. Any recommendation/opinions appreciated.
