i am training for a meet and recently found that i have alot of trouble doing 10 pounds over my raw bench in a super katana that isnt more than 3 months old. I have began to touch every week seeing that i can do 260 off a 1 board and 300 off a three board. my question is are there any exercises you would recommend to help my power off the chest? and can you over jack a shirt because i have been twisting the sleeves and pulling the sleeves up about 2 inches more than normal. thanks
