I have a problem. Been using my Katana for a while now. I weigh 107 kg and have a 48 Katana. I need about 210 kg to touch and have lifted 230 kg, and 220/225 several times. However, I find the shirt terribly tight on my chest (even though the shirt isn't by powerlifting standards super super tight) as I get close to touching and on many occasions have had a one or two second blackout just as the bar touches my chest. I really do mean an actual blackout.
Has anyone else had such a problem? Any suggestions as to what I can do? It's got me stumped and worried.
