I have a 43" chest and a 44" Katana and my arms are about 15"cold (16 1/2" pumped). The sleeves are tight on my arms which are MUCH smaller than yours in the same size shirt!!! You need to stretch those sleeves a bit or get a custom shirt - NO doubt about it!!!!
