Lift in the meet you'll learn more than by watching. And you'll get your first goofy errors (like I made) out of the way. Just pick a weight you can handle for 6 or seven reps to open. that way if you screw up (Like I Did) You'll know it was a brain lapse and not a confidence wrecking strength power issue. You'll get hooked.
