Stick with sets on 5 or 6 reps for more strength. Vary yuor grip widths on bench press. Wide for a couple of sets and then narrow for a couple of sets. Bent over rows will benefit you more than pull downs. Some other exercises to think about. Lying tri extensions, narrow grip bench, good mornings, deadlifts
