Hi, I been training hard raw for squat and bench press, with no board work.
wondering can I do board work say 3 board after raw bench training WITHOUT a bench shirt on then say the last 4 weeks before my cycle of training, put on a bench shirt and get use to more weight, my mx competition is at end of november, but Im very new to equipped lifting, so want to get the gist of using heavier weight now, then train raw for a bit then train equipped for the remainder.
