Because of the way I have been forced into training recently I have found I am a lot better bencher keeping my elbows in. I always had them out before. Any tricks in keeping the elbows tight? I am able to pin press 655 right now from about a two board level. My best competition bench is only 565 I think. I have been doing a lot of shirted benches from the pins as it is easier when you train alone to do it this way. Any advice on how to keep those elbows tight throughout the movement would be helpful. I flare them out because of years of stupidity. Thanks in advance.
