Could I send my shirt to Titan and tighten the chest panel?
2 more things, I put the shirt on with my palms facing inward as if to shake someone's hand. If I go palms down the shirt isn't as tight but when I go palms up the shirt pinches the hell out of my armpit area and makes me go to crap at the bottom of a bench. Is this normal?

: An A/S is correct you most likeley just
: need to move to a size 46 shirt since
: your chest measures 46. An S/S is NOT
: for you with your bench style

: Another thing, When I pull the front
: down
: to tighten the shirt it moves the
: bubble down onto my upper abs. I cannot
: bench crap in this area. So I can't
: adjust this thing much.

: I was thinking of getting a new shirt.
: Which shirt would you recommend with
: with this info.
: I feel the strongest when I draw my
: shoulders back and plant my traps into
: the bench. I put my pinkies or maybe
: ring fingers on the rings and my elbows
: are about 6" from my body. I can
: arch over a 4" pvc pipe BUT feel
: stronger when I have a small arch,say
: 3". I like to touch at the bottom
: of my pecs/top of the sternum.
: I currently have a size 48 Katana A/S
: (my chest is 46"cold) that I have
: been using for about 4 mo ths now.I
: feel pretty comfortable using the shirt
: and I have learned where the bubble is.
: I get about 60# carryover and I was
: wondering if the shirt I have and my
: style mesh up. I wonder If maybe I
: should have bought the straight sleeve
: version. What do you think?
