Bench shirt help/question

My friend gave me his old titan fury in a size 46. I weigh 185, and raw bench 295. My chest is about 42 inches...do you think this shirt will be too big/advanced for me? It's pretty tight in the chest/shoulders/arms but VERY loose around the abdomen (if that matters). I can get it on with little help....
