Shirt sizing

I bought a size 50 Katana from you when they first came out, the shirt fits well. Later I bought a size 48 about a year or so later, and could not get it to work at all, much to small. Was there a size or cut change on the Katanas from the original ones that came out? Just curious,I expected the shirts to be similiar but they seemed totally different, the 48 was just way to small. I tried to get it to work but no luck.
