We start shirts at about 12 weeks out and use them every othere week until week 8 and then it is every week. Generally reps are in a 3 range. Squat suits usually go on about 5-6 weeks out , straps down until the last 3 weeks. Generally in the 3 rep range also. DL suits go on about 4 weeks out and generally on doubles or singles.
