Custom sizes

Long story short, I have a 46 Centurion that works fine, a 44 that's a little too tight, is it possible to have something in between, what would amount to a size 45? My suits are super+ material.
Same for bench shirt, if I could get a 49? chest plate with 50 arms, I think it would be perfect.
