Sorry for the typos - eg short" should be shorter" and "crew" should be "screw" etc. I should have carefully proof read first, but I wanted to post this immediately, as my frustration is immense and I am keen to get a speedy resolution. I don't imagine you actually manufactured this product yourself, so I am not directing this at you personally, but it's really annoying (and unncessary) when an otherwise nice quality product is ruined by inattention to small, but absolutely critical details.
