The bench belt is a great tool. I have been using it without a shirt to try and get my setup better. If I could find jeans that had bigger belt loops, I would for sure wear that belt out, away from the gym as well. Call me a fashion magnet, lol. The forearm straps are just what the doctor ordered. No pain after squatting, bench day came and went. Anyone with forearm pain should get some. The other thing is, you can use it on the bicep as well. It is another nice training tool, to stay healthy.
