Let the collar ride high towards your neck
Pull yourself into the bar as the bar descends. Dont rely on the weight to push it down to you.
Make sure the arms are all the way on and the chest panel of the shirt is completely in contact with your chest.
Push your belly up in the air as the bar descends.
Keep your shoulder blades pinched together tight through the lift
If you cant touch with a weight but can lock that weight out then add more weight.
Practice your arch to increase your stroke distance.
Take the widest grip possible.
