Titan NXG+ Squat/Deadlift Briefs

Mike/Teale,
How much do the Titan NXG+ Squat/Deadlift Briefs help with the squat and the deadlift?
I can see them helping with the squat but not the deadlift. And you opinion is?
Also, how much more do the Titan NXG+ Dual Quad Boxer Briefs help vs the Titan NXG+ Squat/Deadlift Briefs?
Do you have them in stock? I am a 40 (now a petite/svelte 198 lb)...
