Centurion NXG Super + Squat Suit SIZE

Hello, my name is Christian Navarro.
i want to buy the Centurion NXG Super + Squat Suit (Competition fit, Wide Stance) but i am not sure what size is better for me because i am a short person.
Here are my measures:
Height: 64" (1.62 m)
Weight: 67.3kg. (148 lb)
Waist: 32"
Hips: 36"
Can i use this suit to deadlift (sumo style)
