They are both size 44. I have been wearing the F6 for two years (it took 255 # to touch when I first got it and it was very hard to get on)it will now touch at 135 and after it's over my head I can get it on by myself. The Katana takes about 225 to touch and it goes on, compared to the F6 when I first got it, pretty easy. I've only worn the Katana in two meets. I'm thinking I need a smaller size in the Katana or maybe a Custom Fit. (I'm 5'8" and 180 pounds)
