We don't pose one issue criteria for membership- we look at the entirety. Check out our press releases, our position papers, our platform-all attached to this website. If you want to continue to call yourself a liberal, with the understanding that many of us disagree with each other on a variety of issues, welcome aboard !
We feel that we ought to discuss, examine and re-examine our positions and issues. Most of us do not believe what we believe because we have received it from "God" or some other authority, but because we've thought about it. And because we believe that we should help people become better and live better.
