Posted by Richard Sedlisky on October 25, 2004, 12:17 am Can it work, be profitable or not? That depends on who one listens to. The councilmember from that area, in my opinion, keeps her mind closed. Councilmember Christine Quinn can do better by thinking on her own rather than walking "lock step" with those who control her. If she really represents her constituency, she will have an open mind and look at all sides objectively. Thus far, Councilmember Quinn has done anything but that. Richard Sedlisky

We are still hearing the pros and cons about building a combination stadium/multi-purpose center on Manhattan's west side in the community of Chelsea.
