Other third parties like the Working Families Party put pressure on individual candidates to choose between the endorsement of the WFP or the Liberal Party (as an example). If the candidate chooses both, he/she is told that they can't have the WFP enddorsement if they accept the endorsement of the L.P Then it's up to the candidate to choose. The choice is always with the candidate and so in fact, it's the candidate who decides and the WFP who pressures ...
