Posted by danielnyc Faso has a C To secure 50,000 votes for ballot status, has the Liberal Party approached Tom Suozzi? If there was a choice between a Suozzi or a Weld, why not get a committment from the Nassau Executive? I'm betting Suozzi would secure more votes than Weld would through the Liberal Party.

Weld has the LBT
And a battle for the R will be decided in a September 12 primary.
