Onondag County Chairman Robert Smith has failed to fail his financial disclosure for over two years. He is quoted in the local paper as..."I forgot". He was mailed several reminders by the BOE.
Why is it that the chairman of the Liberal Party was fined $10000 and a Upstate County Chairman get's a pass?
Can anyone tell my what are the facts in the Liberal Party Chairmans' fine?
