Daniel Peterson offers some good common sense here. One of the seats that is long overdue for replacement is Silver's seat and there are others in both the Assembly and the Senate. Changing the State Constitution to include term limits makes sense for all the resons Mr. Peterson stated. It is a good idea for all parties, Liberal, Democratic, Conservative and Republican to take a serious look at this issue. Such a change could breathe fresh air into what has become a very stagnant Albany. Albany as we've come to know it does nothing to put New York State in the forefront where it once was.
