Robert was born in KY; married ca1845 Franklin Co AR. It's said he was from Breathit Co KY and his father died when he was young. His mother married a Mr Williams probably in Breathit Co. The only reason it's thought this way is Robert is so much older than his 1/2 sisters Rachel and Elizabeth Williams. It appears they went with him to AR. Any help appreciated. Thanks
