hi there, wells would have been my great great grandfather. to my knowledge he was born in 1822 nc and his first wife's name was rachel also born in nc. i haven't been able to find anything on mariah, my mother told me she was cherokee and her parents walked the trail of tears but i haven't found anything on that.
