when is his birthdate, this william Carter, he might be the same if the written Birth Cert is mis-typed, and M or N could translate to an H.
this is the closest thing to getting a lead in nearly a year of looking..
they might have met in Germantown and moved elsewhere, BTW my grnadmother and genetic grandfather were never married, so dates of the marriage may not be an elimination criteria, do you have info on what William did for a living?
