A quality greens mower used by a country club has probably been maintained pretty well, but has also suffered a lot of wear and tear due to a large number of hours of use. If the reel has a good bit of blade life left, doesn't wobble in the bearings, and the bedknife is good, you may have a good prospect. You didn't mention the price, but I would expect to get a good "buy".
