Please help!

Last fall I installed Tiffgreen 328 sod.I am in Tucson and as you can imagine it gets hot very early in the year.Eveything was looking perfet but the grass was too long to get a decent roll.I recently traded in my Mclanes for a Deere 220 and had it set to 5/32.I scalped it bad...real bad! I don't know what to do now? Any help would be mucho appreciated...thanks!
