honda motor for 22 inch jacobsen j321

What needs to be done to mount a new honda gx120 in place of 2 cycle jacobsen motor. The mounting bracket is shaped to go over the rollers and the old engine mounts on 2&1/2" holes all around and is very low from the base to the driveshaft. Any suggestions?
